GENERAL
INFORMATION ABOUT OUR RENTALS
For
the convenience of our customers, we are now accepting Credit
Cards. Payments via cash, check or money order are also accepted.
To confirm your reservation, a pre-payment of 50% of the total
rent due must be received within 15 days from the date of receipt
of your reservation letter. The remaining 50% is due 60 days prior
to arrival. If your reservation is made with less than 60 days
notice, full payment must be made via Credit Card or Cash/Check.
Due to an increasing problem with cancellations we have been asked
by the owners to put the following payment/cancellation plan into
effect. Your deposit/payment is 100% refundable up to 60 days
prior to arrival. 60 days prior to your arrival your final payment
is due and the total becomes non-refundable.
. In
the event of a named Tropical Storm or Hurricane in the Taylor
County coastal area, refunds will be made on a case by case basis.
If you are already occupying the property and are requested to
evacuate, your rent will be pro-rated for the number of days left
in your stay.
Check
in time is 3:00 p.m. Please pick up the keys and pay any outstanding
balance on the rental at the Beach Realty office. If the home is not rented the day before your arrival,
you may check in sooner. If you will be arriving after 4:30 p.m.,
please make sure to pay in advance and we will make arrangements
for the house to be opened for your arrival. Check out time is
11:00 a.m.
Our
homes come with equipped kitchens, washers and boat docks. Although
we try to maintain a full supply of kitchenware's and accessories
you may prefer to bring along favorite items from home that you
use daily.

Linens
for each bed (there are blankets in each home, however you may
wish to bring your personal blanket.)
Pillows (There are pillows in each home, however you may wish
to bring your personal pillows)
Towels
Paper Products (toilet paper, paper towels)
Personal bath articles
Dish washing soap
Suntan lotion
Insect repellent
Garbage bags
The
following are the few rules that we ask you to observe. It is
important that understand them. The return of your security deposit
may be affected if these rules are ignored.
1.
The home must be left clean. There will be a vacuum and cleaning
materials available. If you would like to have your home cleaned
by our cleaning service, please contact us at the office to pay
the fee and set up an appointment.
2.
All trash must be bagged and taken to the "County Roll Off
Site" (the dump). Keaton Beach is a small community and there
is no trash collection. A "dump card" is attached to
the keys for the home and may be asked for by an attendant. Any
trash left at the home will result in forfeiture of your security
deposit.
3. Most of our homes do not allow pets. Please contact us regarding
each homes pet restrictions.
4. No R/V or travel trailer hookups allowed at any time.
5. A maximum of 8 adults staying in the house.
6. No large parties. A limit of 16 people at one party.
7. Do not dump your scallop shells into the canal. (Please take
them back out into the gulf on your next trip or take them to
the dump)
8. Keys must be returned to Beach Realty Gulf Coast after your
stay. If the office is unattended, please put them through the
drop slot in the door.
9. Some of our homes are Non-Smoking. Please honor the No-Smoking
Signs where posted.
